Bound in red leather, with coat of arms 'In arduis Fidelis'. Book plate 'This book belongs to R. Wallace Henry' on inside front board. 35.5cm x 23cm x 1.5cm. Hand coloured map at end and 2 original photographs of the building and the staff. Accompanying letter from R. W. Henry to F. B. Lott (Honorary Librarian) says that only 3 copies were produced. Contains details of staffing levels, building, patients and also other hospitals.
